•I began the study and training of Okinawan ShorinRyu in 1993 under Grand Master Fusei Kise -Camp Butler, Okinawa Japan.
In 1996, I continued my training in Shorin Ryu Karate under Shihan Frank Williams at Camp Lejeune, NC.

•Participated in several tournaments for Females and Males competition in weapons, sparring, and kata for ages 18-34.
